Karen and I have been making our cards again. General ones this time, including thank you, thinking of you as well as happy birthday.
We were allowed to sell them before and after all the services at my church. Besides cards there were key rings and bag charms, bracelets of glass beads, corsages of various kinds, retro beaded and crocheted jug covers and handmade geese.
We found two other sales opportunities and are able to report a total of £444 for our efforts.This money will be put towards the college fees of Rambabu (see previous blogpost) and towards any of the other students who still need funding or topping up.
Now I can get my kitchen table back to normal but the utility room is still stacked high with things for yet another car boot sale !! The last one netted £70.
